2.2. We process personal data for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Potential Candidates

To contact job seekers, provide job offers that may interest them, and invite them for interviews. We process your personal data to offer our services: identifying candidates that meet our clients' needs, selecting and evaluating their suitability for proposed positions, presenting candidates to employers, or employing them within our company. We process your data for as long as we provide services to you. With your consent, we may conduct assessments and testing, including recording these sessions. Video recordings and results may be shared with clients requesting specific recruitment processes. You have the right to review these recordings and results and request copies in digital format.

2.2.2. Candidate Database Administration

After a specific recruitment process ends, with your consent, we process your personal data to offer future job and career opportunities, identify candidates that meet our clients' needs, evaluate suitability, and present candidates to employers. We will retain your data for this purpose for two years.

2.2.3. Employment Contract Execution

To the extent required or permitted by law, we process our employees' personal data in accordance with our internal policies and procedures.

2.2.4. Website Improvement and Customized Services
